We’re seeking a Senior Python/Django Developer to join our remote team and shape the future of crypto payments.

This is an important hire for CryptoChill, with the potential for this individual to eventually take on the position of CTO.

You will:

• Design, build, and maintain our web platform using Python and Django
• Ensure scalable solutions for big data challenges and manage performance optimization
• Lead by example with clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Conduct code reviews, deploy features, and refactor existing code as needed
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly, intuitive designs
• Manage DevOps to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance processes

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Python and Django full-stack development
• Extensive knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies
• Good understanding of UX/UI and design principles
• Skilled in AWS and deployment best practices
• Experience handling big data and scaling
• Familiar with payment systems and blockchain technologies
• Strong analytical and debugging skills for rapid problem-solving
• Comfortable planning and coding critical components independently
• Ability to work remotely from anywhere in Europe
